Join this interactive two-hour workshop designed to help nonprofit leaders explore collaborative strategies that can strengthen mission impact, organizational sustainability, and community outcomes. Through practical discussion, leadership reflection, and organizational readiness tools, participants will examine partnerships, shared services, and mergers through an emotional intelligence lens while gaining the confidence to lead thoughtful conversations about their organization’s future.
Target audience: Leaders, Board members, and Staff working in systems and partnership capacities.
