We all know that a strong Board is fundamental to a successful organization. Locally, we are all struggling with recruiting, engaging and training good board members . We need to increase the pool, and by working together, we can create recruitment materials, skills lists, and engagement goals that we can share. The Chamber of Commerce Director of Leadership and Engagement, Julianne Flinchum, will be joining us to help us develop messaging and training we can take to the various affiliate groups and Chamber members that she interacts with daily. We will also design Speed Dating for Boards taking place in October.
