How to Problem Solve as a Team

Join Mike Amish, of Ursa Major Consulting and Director of Talent Development at the University of Florida Advancement, for a workshop to move teams from “problem” to “productive”. We will go over ways to celebrate communication differences, embrace conflict as opportunities for creativity and how to build more trust to move teams into problem solving together . We’ll work through efficient and clear ways to identify obstacles, find momentum, and build goal alignment to help shape long term vision in ways that are actually actionable for your teams. Participate in this fun, interactive learning experience where you will walk away with ways to help your team perform at new levels through communication and collaboration.

Target audience: Any staff, volunteers and Board Members engaging in orientation, team building, and staff development activities, agencies just getting started or looking to grow in this area.
