Building Strategic Partnerships

Join Dwan Deleveaux for an interactive learning workshop giving insight and guidance on creating & building partnerships. The aim is that participants will understand how to identify and build relationships to become partnerships.
Participants will receive a comprehensive overview of building partnerships, including:
- Understanding program’s purpose, target population & core objectives (exclusion: defining & refining program’s purpose).
- Understanding key problems and challenges program seeks to address (exclusion: identifying key problems and challenges).
- Support identifying and building partnerships.
- Support identifying & developing expected outcomes & success indicators.
Target audience: Executive, Program and Outreach staff, volunteers and Board Members.
This is an interactive 2 hour workshop. Limited to 20 seats
